Mark and Lisa are in the homeownership business. They advise Sellers and Buyers on the details of the complexities in the sale of Residential, Investor, Land and Lake Properties.
Mark & Lisa have lived and raised their 2 children in Gwinnett County for over 30 years. They are members at St. Marguerite d'Youville Church. As a family they enjoy boating, surfing, swimming and traveling. They are GA Bulldog fans. Mark loves to play golf and Lisa enjoys reading and they both enjoy spending time with friends and family. They were both raised in Daytona Beach.
They started investing in residential and multi-family properties in the early 1990's when they decided Lisa would get her license and start serving the community as well. She has also worked in the community banking industry where she has gained valuable knowledge which serves her well in their Real Estate business. Mark has always been a craftsmen and he enjoys evaluating a property in need of repair and seeing it through to renovation. He has owned a Flooring Company for 40 years, mostly specializing in high-end renovations, and became a licensed Realtor in 1997. With Lisa's knowledge of investment tools and Mark's knowledge in residential remodeling, they make an excellent team; whether you are looking for a new home or investment opportunity. So together they want to make sure you feel comfortable and with the service they will provide for you. They get great pleasure in helping folks materialize their dreams and plan goals for the future. They have been through many different types of markets personally and professionally and are happy to share their knowledge and experience to help you achieve your goals.
